I will strongly recommend maze roofing. Starting from sales rep Patrick Parson, who is first person I met. He gave me the confident I needed and he was no wrong. The company took care of the permits and it all was a smooth process . Every one of the crew members working on my roof were super polite and very clean on the work. Inspections pass without a comment.

Very please and happy with their service. Even though that after I paid them the final bill, I received another bill which the company stated it was for the permit. Patrick was great!! Easy to communicate with him and rapid response. He answered all my questions and concerns. Hi was very helpful , very patient with me and very professional. They have a very good knowledgeable team of workers. I definitely recommend this Company! Specially Patrick and I will use them again!

Exceptional Service from Start to Finish! After getting multiple quotes, I chose MAZE Roofing not for the price, but for their outstanding service, and I couldn’t be happier. From the very beginning, every single detail was handled with care and precision. They took care of everything, from HOA approvals to permitting and everything in between. They made the entire process so easy and stress-free. Joseph, the sales rep, was fantastic, and Raz, the project manager, ensured everything ran smoothly. Communication was exceptional throughout, and I never had to worry. If I needed something, it was done almost instantly. This was a huge financial decision, and I did extensive research. MAZE was recommended to me, and they exceeded every expectation. I wanted a company that truly cared—not just one chasing business, and MAZE delivered empathy, reliability, and excellence. The on-site workers were wonderful, kind, considerate, and professional. The project took about two months from start to finish, and I never had a moment of doubt. Highly recommend times ten! In a sea of questionable roofing companies, MAZE stands out as a true gem. I’m thrilled with my new roof and grateful for such a seamless experience.

Terrible customer service. They promised to finish replacing the roof within 3 days following the approval of the permits. They did not begin working until 30 days following the execution of the contract. They started lifting the ceiling tiles on Friday, May 22. Due to the Memorial Day holiday, they resumed work on Tuesday, May 26. They obtained the inspection approval to proceed with tile placement on Thursday, May 28. Today is Friday, June 5 and they still have not returned. I have called multiple times and complained and have not received a single response. I receive empty promises that I will receive a call back and no one returns my calls. Terrible customer service and would not recommend this company as they have not been responsive and have not delivered on any of their promises.
