I am very pleased with the Metal roof that Modtek did for me late in the year 2025. they did a great job and took care of all the little details before they left and made sure my property was left in a good clean condition. I had some problems with the gutters a couple of months later and they came right out and corrected them for me. Luke is a peach to work with very kind, friendly and knowledgeable I would definitely recommend this company if you are looking for a new roof.

Recently I found myself in need of replacing my roof. Fortunately I found a company called Modtek. From my first encounter, I found them to be not only professional but friendly and efficient. John McConnell was the Representative who handled everything from the quote to completion. John’s concern was that the job was done to my satisfaction. Their prices were reasonable and I found that the men who did the actual work were pleasant and professional. I’d highly recommended Modtek should you need roof work.

I needed to get the roof redone on a home I was about to rent out. I wanted it done before my new tenant moved in. Thankfully, after speaking with Jackie, I was able to do that. She kept me informed through the whole process and everything came out excellent.

We have been so busy to write a review but we are out of Port Saint Lucie and Mr. Modtek did some of the neighboring roofs and we loved watching the process and we chimed in and are so pleased with our Metal roof as so are my neighbors, great friendly and professional.
