First let me say I am so happy with this company. Long story short, I received 2 quotes for a new roof from other Roofing Companies. 1 quote was outrageous expensive from a company you see on tv all the time and the other was from a company that has done several homes in my neighborhood. My friend recommended I give Native Roofing a call because he used them a while back. Within 5 hours an entire quote with satellite imagery of my roof was emailed to me. The price, OMG. 40% less than the quote from the company you see on TV. I emailed all my HOA paperwork to them and signed the contract. When my HOA approved the roof color Native roofing was at my house that Monday morning at 745. There was 13 people on the roof plus the owner Jim. There was 2 dump trucks waiting and 2 other guys putting plastic traps on my driveway. It looked like they were going to war on the roof. I had to leave but came back 4 hours later and the roof was gone, the dump trucks gone. I couldn’t believe it but they were replacing wood and about to put the first underlayment down. By 5 PM my roof was “dried in” and the next day the owner and a smaller crew came back for the 2nd underlayment. The owner said the tile would be delivered the next Monday and they would start first thing Tuesday morning. Sure enough the tile was delivered on Monday and they started Tuesday morning at 8am. They finished yesterday at 4pm and I can’t be happier. Forget the price, the roof looks awesome.

The office kept us up to date with the permitting process and the timeline. The crew arrived when they said and stayed late in the day to finish and clean up.
