Highly recommended if you are in need of a new roof. Upfront pricing and fast service. New roof installed in a single day with no unexpected costs. Job site was completely clean of any debris before the installers left. Work was fully permitted by Perez roofing without me having to perform any additional tasks. While other companies would not even show up to give me a quote Perez roofing was out the next day and provided me with a very reasonable quote, with the roof installed 4 days later. Could not be happier! Dar and his team came out and installed a new roof on our 1962 home. The job only took them a day to complete which most roofing companies take at least 2 days. His team was very professional and courteous. They took the time to cover my plants and lay tarps to gather debris and nails. There is an addition on the house with lists of weathered damage which they took the time to repair and correct. Their service was top notch and would recommend them to anyone who needed any repairs or a full replacement roof.
