Poole's Roofing & Repairs

This post is a bit late the work was done in 2024, but I had a great experience with this company and need them again. My insurance company identified a ridge vent that needed to be replaced due to a leak. However, they missed another section that was also leaking. The team came back out, found the issue, and took care of it as well. They were very professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was done right. Highly recommend!

EDIT: (The owner reached out and apologized for missing some of the repairs initially and came back out to complete them. )We hired this company to inspect and repair any minor damages on our roof. The company showed up without any announcements, no door knock, no phone call, did the inspection without letting us know what was wrong with the roof and what we were paying for. Quoting a price and a time. Upon later confirming a date to have them come out and start the work, the owner himself, chose to not explain what repairs were done, and charged for, (after saying the work was done) then, refused to answer questions about his work. Very unprofessional, poor work quality. I had a second option inspector come after the fact finding many missing area and damages that were not done by this company. As someone who works with local builders and real estate agents we will all be saying away from this kind of unprofessional work quality. (From photos you can see the many missing areas that were not done, only one small area is fresh and repaired to standards.)

Great experience with Poole’s Roofing & Repair. They inspected the entire roof, replaced the damaged tiles, and provided photos as well as an explanation and status. Highly recommend them!

We had some damage to our roof, and got quotes from several roofers during the last year. The estimates ranged from $4,000 to $8,500, and were accompanied by hard sales pitches. Then our realtor recommended Poole's, who sent a very experienced inspector. No sales pitch, just accurate reporting of minor damage that they could fix for $1,200. An honorable, affordable roofer. Will wonders never cease.
