Prestige Metal Roofing

Prestige installed my roof in 2011, as I was recovering from cancer and I coul not get on roof and neither did county inspector. Yes we have 3 homes in a row with Ptestige metal roof. Now mine leaks around chimney, Prestige did not put in a cricket and water pools above chimney and floods in house. Wet interior walls and wet rotten wood on porch. Misaligned gutters and panels with screw holes they pit in and removed and squirted putty in hole. I have called for help and they won’t come to house , they blame all leaks on my trees, Solution they pay me for all repairs they won’t do including loose screws!

Larry came for the original assessment and did not play around with prices. His crew came in on time, worked diligently, left everything clean and completed the work in 2 days. In my case the old roofing had to be removed in addition to replacing a few sheets of decking. Your crew went about this job very professionally, making sure to clean up all debris as it was removed. My house was dried in by the end of the day and ready for the new roof the next morning. Your crew was very pleasant to work with and paid attention to every detail, including a small stoop in the back of my house over the basement entrance. The Terra Cotta red color matches great with my brick and siding. It also is an eye catcher for passersby. I have been stopped while washing the car and walking the dog by many people asking, “Who did that great looking metal roof on your house?” To me, that is the best testament of all on how great it makes my house look. I love my roof and I am so glad I chose this company. The whole process was flawless and completely professional. Metal roofs are a craft, so don't expect anything but quality with real people and real craftspeople doing the work. Unlike shingles, the process is done by two or three people over a period of, for me three or four days. Be prepared for that difference! Regardless, from sales presentation to financing to the actual job completion - two weeks! After that we had that second hurricane like two weeks later and it held up flawlessly. My one neighbor loved it so much she had hers done and Prestige sent me money as a thank you for the mention! : ) Did want to mention that this company was great getting us financing set up and our credit is nothing spectacular so yea, these are great people. If you gonna get a roof, get a metal one, get these people to do it, and don't worry about it anymore, huh? You'll love 'em! Also you let 'em know Charles sent ya, so they send me more money! lol just kidding it doesn't work that way lol

My neighbor recommended them and told me make sure I tell them who recommended me so he can get $300 i let them know a few times and they confirmed the neighbors name.he never got a check a few months later I'd say false advertising. From my experience I'll never use them again nor recommend them. All the gutters have scratches .gutter holders found on floor multiple screws and nails everywhere. 6 days to complete .they worked from 9:30 til 2:30 every day
