The owner Melvin was personally on site, overseeing each step and making sure everything was done right, which gave me a lot of confidence as a homeowner. Communication was handled by Dave and it was excellent throughout the project. Any questions I had were answered quickly and clearly, and many of the items I asked about were already planned for during the finishing phase. The roofing crew led by Angel was outstanding they were professional, diligent, and detail-oriented. They took extra care to protect my property, laying down tarps to catch debris and using magnets afterward to collect nails and smaller materials from the yard. Cleanup was clearly a priority, not an afterthought. What really stood out to me was that nothing major was left undone. They took their time, did things the right way, and followed through on every part of the job. From start to finish, Quality Plus Roofing was organized, transparent, and trustworthy. I had a client with standing seam metal roof. Their insurance carrier issued a notice of cancellation due to a deteriorated section of roof. Quality Plus was quick to respond to our call with a very fair quote for repairs. The repair was expertly completed a week after they proposal. The crew was very courteous, clean and professional. Our client was very pleased and the insurance company retracted the notice of cancellation. Job well done.

I give 5 stars as our roof was damaged in hurricane Milton, i know how to do my own repairs but only a few weeks out of knee surgery I was unable to do the job, i had purchased the materials and these folks replied to my fb post as i was looking for help..and trust me I'm handy and I'm not one to ask! They responded promptly at their own convenience and showed up to assess the roof and offered to clean it up seal and repair It right away, our roof looks as new as it did 4yrs ago and I'm sure will hold up great thank you all so much!

Very pleased with the workmanship. Took just a few days to get the job done. The workers were very polite and they did a great job installing a metal roof .I recommend Quality Plus Roofing.

They put a lien on my house after conning me. The workers also plugged their microwave into to my outside sockets using it in my yard which is utility theft without permission I’ve also noticed no warranty given to me the workers spoke no English so I could not communicate with them. I have video proof.
