Quality Roofing

Giant limb fell through my roof during hurricane Milton; they came the next day to remove limbs and tarp all the holes. Before anyone else with damage had done anything, they started our new roof! Great job, Highly recommended!!!!

I'm a realtor and my clients needed the roof repaired for an inspection report they came within in 2 day, it was a minor repair and they fixed it free of charge since the clients were repeat customers. I've been dealing with my HOA and a roof issue for 10 months, since Milton. Long story. However, I have been ignored by other roofers I called and you can read my review history to get the full story but each one I called never called me back. Quality Roofing did and they came out the next day. I told them the situation, they knew they probably weren't going to get work out of it (it was more for a second opinion so I can get my HOA to take action) and I offered to at least pay for the estimate but they said no. They took pictures, spent time to tell me what's going on, and it's a family shop. If I or any of my family/friends need a roofer, this place will be the only one I refer. I'd give 10 stars if I could and they didn't even do any paid work for me. It's very nice to finally find a place like this (roofer, construction, etc.) that doesn't ignore the little problems for the sake of just wanting big, profitable work. Please at least give them a chance if you have roofing needs. We have to support those who support the regular people, not those who support big jobs for big profits.

Finding a roofing contractor is not fun. Save yourself a lot of time and aggravation and just go with Quality Roofing. I could not be more pleased. They are super to work with (Gina and Mike). Their top reviews are not an accident. And I doubt whether you will find better pricing. I live in a large complex and word of mouth goes a long way. People here are very satisfied with their work. I don't usually do reviews, but I thought this was necessary.

Had about 8 different roofing contractors give me estimates on our roof. Tried all the well known companies with all the nice fancy trucks and the T.V. ads but they were far to pricey for our budget. Some were all close in prices and some were a couple thousand dollars more. After so many estimates it was getting very disappointing. How can we afford a new roof at the ridiculous prices. So we decided to try some small family owned roofing contractors and it was like they were God sent. We called Quality Roofing in Zephyrhills. Mike and his wife showed up Mike inspected our roof and gave us the best and most honest estimate for the roof job. Which also included the roof over our linai. 3 very nice and friendly young men took two days in the very hot and humid weather and got the roof completed safely and efficiently. Everything was cleaned up and back to normal and now we have a great roof. If you want an honest estimate and honest contractor for your roof at very reasonable prices give Quality Roofing a call you won't regret it.
