The company is a certified installer for GAF, Tamko, Johns Manville, Soprema, Sealoflex, Polyglass, Vulkem, and Drexel Metals, and fabricates all its own flashings and Miami-Dade County approved standing seam metal panels in an in-house sheet metal shop. Rapid Roofing has earned a GAF Master Commercial Roofing Contractor designation and has completed high-profile commercial projects including work for Univision Studios and warehouse developers, as well as exclusive residential work in the Ocean Reef Club area. After 4 years by installing the new roof, this is what happen. I have been calling them come over to fix the leaking on the roof many times in two months. They just keep saying coming coming but never really fix. They said the warranty is ten years but who knows they just stick some poor quality thing there and lie to customers. Really unprofessional and poor construction. Image if I stand on there, the one who got killed is me.

Had appointment for roof replacement estimate on Aug. 27th. They were no show due to rain. I contacted them 4 days later for reschedule and have not got any response. Not good customer service.
