We hired Schaper Construction to build our pool. We have had the pool for nearly 3 years and are very happy customers! Stephanie was our contact person and she is excellent. She always went above and beyond. ALWAYS there to help us with any of our concerns. We are so thankful for her. She is truly a valued member of the Schaper Team. I highly recommend this wonderful family business.

As a family-owned business owner myself, I know how important every aspect of the customer experience is. From the first phone call to project completion, every conversation, every email, the service techs who show up, the on-site rep providing accountability, and even the third-party vendor they recommend can all be potential points of failure. Schaper Pools went above and beyond at every step. From my initial call with Stephanie to techs BJ and Marcus and our on-site rep John, every person we dealt with was exactly the kind of professional I hope my own customers experience when they work with us. They were professional, kind, timely, responsible, knowledgeable, communicative, thorough, and fairly priced. Even their recommendation for a third-party vendor was spot on and felt like an extension of their own company. I would absolutely recommend Schaper Pools to anyone needing pool assistance. It is a blessing to feel like the money you work hard for, and the choice you make in hiring a company, are treated with respect. Five stars for sure!

Schaper Construction has been wonderful to work with. Their immense knowledge of all aspects of the construction process was very helpful while remodeling our pool deck. It turned out incredible. We get so many wonderful comments when people come over. They were quick to order materials and to do the job. They did not over promise and met all deadlines they set for the project. Would definitely do more business with them.

We recently had our new fiberglass pool installed by Schaper. Admittedly, there were a few bumps along the way, but John Schaper was quick to acknowledge and rectify all in a professional timely manner. The ladies in the office (Jessica, Suzanne and Kathy) are great as well! They were always willing and able to assist in answering any questions we had throughout the construction process. I can honestly say this company cares about their customers and will do everything within their power to make sure in the end you are left satisfied. Thanks to them, we now have a beautiful pool we love and can’t wait for Summer to enjoy it! 😊

The staff was incredibly helpful and patient with all the many questions, followup calls, and emails we submitted during our construction. They built our backyard into the dream spot we were hoping for. I would highly recommend the fine folks at Schaper Construction for any large projects you may have. Even if something wasnt perfect the first time, they made it right without exception. Thanks for Everything!!
