Sean Lilly roofing ripped us off after a category 4 hurricane called Andrew. The promises he made before the storm he ignored after the storm. He weaponized not signing off on the roof against us. He doubled his prices for dry in and roofing. I noticed recently he whitewashed his site of all bad reviews, but I found one he couldn’t delete from the BBB: While Sean Lilly Roofing Co. has been in business since 1952 and maintains many positive testimonials, there are several documented negative reviews and complaints regarding pricing disputes, poor communication, and workmanship issues. Sean Lilly himself was up on the roof every day. Very picky with attention to detail. No piece of rotten wood or poor material was left. Excellent work also with the chimney.
