Be aware! They replaced my roof about 6 years ago. Within 6 months I had a leak and William came out, assessed the damage and resealed around the vent. 6 yrs later I have the same leak. They promptly responded, workers came out and assessed the damage around the same area. Now lets talk about customer service. The same representative William drove up, didn't even bother to get out of his truck, had one of his foreign workers come and get me to talk about the issue while sitting in his air conditioning truck with his shades on. He proceeded to tell me "what he can do for me". Stated he has to reseal the vent and replace some wood in that area because it's "mushy" (mind you the issue has been ongoing for 6 yrs). I had two other estimates by reputable roofers and both agreed that the issue is not the vent but the valley where two sides come together, which wasn't installed properly. Talk about knowledge by Solar roofing. So, if you had your roof done by them you might want to get it checked. Besides incompetence, this so called representative made me feel like he was looking down on me because I'm a female senior citizen.
