If you ask me a professional driver that carries a CDL should not be doing 80 miles an hour in a 70 mile an hour zone while hogging the passing lane! I assume these builders do not monitor their drivers. I will contact DOT and report them accordingly
July 2019 I talked to John about having a 18x23 garage building built for me on my property. I left a deposit to get things prepared for the permit. It took the county a couple of months to get the permit. In October 2019 the pad was poured by Ty. I was then told by John that the building was scheduled to be installed the week of Nov 18 and he said it would take 3 days. On Tuesday Nov 19 I contacted John to see when the guys would be out. He said not until Monday after Thanksgiving. I was okay with that, but not happy. No show or call on Monday or Tuesday.... so I called John on Wednesday... he said the guys are behind schedule and will be out Dec 2. Well that didn't happen... Finally on Friday Dec 13th the crew showed up. Material was dropped off on the pad. During the install, they noticed the pad was out of square and had to stop construction. John called me and explained the problem and it was going to be corrected. Also said they would be back out to put the building up next week, which is this week. So far, Ty (the concrete contractor) came out Friday 13th, looked at the problem and has done nothing. At this point I am extremely disappointed with this whole process. Not sure what to do next. Hopefully the owner will contact me with a solution. Update 12/20/19 John called yesterday and said that Ty was going to correct the out of square slab, by putting a cap on it and correcting the slab that is 6 inches out of square. As of today a week after All Steel noticed the problem. NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE!!! Update: The owner Bobby, personally got involved with all my concerns and made things happen. All in all I am very satisfied with my building.
This is by far the best and most professional company I have ever dealt with. From sales to communications to install. Would highly recommend them. I have been in business up in Massachusetts for 35 years. These people are in the same league as most northern companies. Way to go guys. You should all be very proud of the work you do and customer service. Thank you
Best place by far to get your materials. So many metal roofs and buildings have been done with materials from this company. Best quality and prices everyone friendly helpful. Wheelchair parking and accessible.
I thought a salesman is suppose to try and sell the products for the company they work for? I sent a roof measurement to this company and was told to talk to Wally Perry. I talked to him twice on the phone and he stated that he was working on the measurement I sent him and he would have it done soon. That was last Thursday. I have called several times since and he seems to have no time to finish the quote he promised would be completed soon. Not sure what his meaning of the word "soon" means but it is clear it is not the webster definition. Communication goes a long way to keeping from something becoming an issue. I have called back several times to see if there was a problem with the measurement. I just wanted to make sure there was nothing more I needed to do and that he had everything he needed to complete the quote. He seemed to be fine with what I provided to him. I am not sure there is a manager on staff to address this. I know the roofing industry is busy after the storms. However, if you say you will be done soon then you have put an expectation to a potential customer that you will follow through. That is lacking big time with this company.
