My experience was actually good I called at 1:30 looking for a car I stay 2-hours away he stayed open just so I can get the car . It was no buzzar out the door price . Monthly payment is soooo low & affordable .

I got a 2012 Hyundai sonata in 2022 Carl told me he was going to have me done paying for it in 24 months. It was a 8000+ car , now here today in 2025 I'm here still paying $16,000+ for this car and won't be done paying for it til 2026. I missed 1 payment in January since I've had this car in 2022 after paying $11,000+ on it and he was ready to repo my car. Not to mention Ms. Tiffany tried to say I missed a payment before to get more money and I had to get my bank review to show that I had made a payment. Not a good place to spend your money, they are hardless and hard up for money. I thought he was more understanding but it seems like I'm paying for 2 cars at this point .. I've learned my lesson dealing with this car lot. Never again 😔

As a local business owner I have bought dozens of vehicles in this area. Buying from this place is hands-down the worst experience I have had buying a vehicle. They have misrepresented themselves numerous times, fraudulently charged my card without authorization and treated me beyond rude on multiple occasions. I could not in good faith recommend doing business with this place to anyone. Save yourself the harassment and stress of dealing with this place and go somewhere else.

I wish I could actually give this zero stars. In the beginning my experience with them was ok. Ran into some issues mechanically with the car in which they did fix. Of course at their leisure (over a month for a transmission replacement). In the almost year I had the car I never had issues with payments or nothing. All of a sudden in February I was told that they don’t change the date for payments (in the contact it states I can do a deferment for a different pay date) even though it was changed to a different date. About a week later he shows up at my house prior to the next payment date in which I wasn’t home. He then comes by on the non deferred date (the 4th) claiming I am 2 months behind, when I wasn’t because not only was the 4th the actual pay date, I had it set up where my payments would be the 22nd (as per the deferment clause in the contract). That very same day, he tells me it would be $1200 to get my car back. On the 5th (the next day) I tell him I’ll be down within the hour to get my car.. he then proceeds to tell me it would be $1500 to get it. I say ok no problem I have that, I’ll be there within the hour. I also asked for a breakdown of the fees and I’m threatened to be blocked and told to stop bothering him and he then proceeds to tell me that I cannot come and pick up my car I’d have to wait a couple of days. 11 days go by and not a single word from him about my car being ready so I message him to see what’s going on so I can pick up my car... he tells me I cannot get it, he decided to sell the car! I now have lawyers and the sheriff looking into all of this. This place is EXTREMELY unprofessional and and scam artists ! They make you sign on contract that THEY don’t even abide by ! They play games and try to manipulate and scare people. This place needs to be shut down !! That is not how you run a business !! Especially when there have never been issues with the customer . STAY AWAY !!

Tried to purchase a vehicle from here. They told me they would take care of issues with the vehicle, they did not and won’t answer their phone and their email doesn’t work. Very shady dealer, beware.
