Our home needed a new roof, so we started to get quotes and compare prices. Sun Life Roofing gave us the best price. Since the moment David came to our house I was able to see the experience and knowledge he has. He’s been working on roofs with his dad since a teenager. Everything he said would happen did exactly as he told us. And what impressed me the most was how he kept the original price even though because of the new tariffs they went up. And to my final surprise my neighbors had done their roofs with him and only had nice things to say about him. I stay away from recommending people, but in this case I strongly recommend them.

First, let me set the stage. The insurance company told me that I needed to replace the roof or they would drop me. The same insurance company told me that I need to wait until 3 weeks before the policy expires, so they can inspect the roof due to pending litigation. When I laid the situation out for David (owner of Sun Life Roofing), it was very reassuring to hear him say they would get it done and they did. Furthermore, David was very patient with my wife and I, and explained (in detail) everything we wanted to know. This allowed us to make the best decisions possible. I also liked that David was a straight-shooter and told it like it was, even if it was not what I wanted to hear. To top it all off, his price was very reasonable compared to the other quotes I received. Sun Life Roofing was recommended by our neighbor who is a contractor and had just rebuilt his whole house. So we took his recommendation instead of using people my father in-law knew. We were not disappointed. The bottom line is that you will probably not find a better roofer than David and Sun Life Roofing.

The team did an amazing job on our new roof. They took care of everything from removing the old roof, repairing damaged areas, and installing the new roof. David answered all my questions throughout the process and was very understanding about any concerns I had. He made sure I was satisfied with the results of each step in the process. The crew was professional and cleaned up everything so nicely everyday they were there. I would definitely recommend Sun Life Roofing.
