Sunshine Roofing

Decided to upgrade our 20 year-old roof to metal. Got several quotes and ended up going with Sunshine Roofing. Extremely happy with everything! The process was smooth, lots of communication and texts along the way to keep me in the loop. No delays. Super happy with the end result!

Eric's team did a great job on our new roof! His help with deciding a shingle color was fantastic and they had great communication with us to iron out all the details for installation day! Could not be more pleased with the final product!!

Due to the age of our shingle roof (22+ years), our homeowner's insurance company sent us a notice of non-renewal for the following policy year. At that time I got several quotes for a 5V metal roof and Sunshine Roofing's quote was the most comprehensive and competitive. Since we had quite a bit of time before the renewal, I tabled moving forward until the end of hurricane season. In Mid-November, I reached out to Sunshine to get the ball rolling. They were a month+ out on schedule but I was still in no particular rush and they even accommodated me when I had to push them back from starting due to being out of town unexpectedly. Once it came time to do the work, they knocked it out. Delivered the dry-in materials on Monday, removed the old shingles, replaced some fascia boards and placed the underlayment on Tuesday, delivered the metal panels (cut on site) on Wednesday, installed the majority of the panels on Thursday and finished up on Friday. Throughout the process, they placed drop cloths to catch debris and made sure to clean up and run magnets for nails/fasteners at the end of each day. I'm very pleased with how the roof turned out and will be looking to them to do some roof repairs on our old screen room. I highly recommend them!

I was referred by a local mom's group and have been very pleased! The salesman Rob went above and beyond for me. He was not only there in the beginning he stayed on top of everything throughout the entire process. The foreman did a great job on the roof and the guys were the hardest working group I have seen. They replaced my roof and added a new shingle roof in 3-4 days. They even showed up on a Saturday to make sure it was done with less disruption my my house. They helped get the paperwork to the town even working on Thanksgiving week. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a roof or roof repair.
