I would never work with this contractor again. My experience was extremely disappointing due to a lack of honesty and transparency throughout the working relationship. I was given information that later proved to be untrue, and communication was handled in a way that felt deliberately misleading rather than professional or straightforward. Reliability and trust are basic expectations when doing business with someone, and unfortunately those standards were not met here. The situation caused unnecessary confusion and made what should have been a simple, professional interaction far more difficult than it needed to be. I would advise others to proceed with caution and ensure everything is clearly documented if you choose to work with them. I would leave 0/5 stars if it was possible.
