The Watertight team was professional, courteous, honest and punctual. Everything was organized and they kept us informed about all work details. They even organized having our solar panels removed and reinstalled even though a different company did that work and were paid separately. We are very pleased with our new roof.

Watertight did two jobs for me. The biggest was replacing the roof in my home. The second was additional gutters. I can't say enough good things about one of the owners, Shaun Bernstein. His wife, Candice supported him seamlessly and was excellent to work with too. Shaun was very familiar with the requirements of the My Safe Florida Home Program (MSFH) and made sure everything he planed to install met or exceeded their standards so I could get my grant. Thanks to Shaun's willingness to negotiate both terms and price I was able to get a package deal that included GAF's best warranty at a much bettter price that any other GAF roofer. And I got a bunch of bids so that is saying a lot. To make that even sweeter, no other GAF roofer in Pasco county had a higher combination of excellent ratings and GAF awards than Shaun and his crew. At the end of each of the three days in which they completed my roof, the crew left everything so neat, you could not tell there was work being done in my home except for the dumpster sitting in my driveway. I got up on the roof and inspected it myself at the end of the job and was as impressed with the detail I discovered as I was with the superb appearance of the job from a street view. As far as the gutters, David from Watertight perfectly matched and interlocked the new gutters I paid for into my existing gutters on both sides of the house. He explained the little extras he did for his job to excel over the previous installation and it really does make his job better than the previous. David had an excellent professional freindly appearance and demeanor. In addition, Watertight was $200 below the next offer ($1200 vs $1400). I would definately recommend them to do your roof and gutters.

After "shopping around" for a new roof we made a great decision and chose Watertight Roofing. The cost was in line with the other companies we contacted and their service and follow-up was exceptional. Our old 3,000+ square foot roof was removed and the new roof was up in less than two days! The follow up on a few minor touches was prompt and very well handled. A new roof is a big decision and expense so you want to pick a company you can trust to do it right and at a fair price. And that is what Watertight Roofing delivered!

My soffit was damaged likely by a animal trying to get in. David with Watertight was there the day after I called and inspected and assessed the problem promptly. David was very friendly professional and most importantly came out the day after and fixed the problem and took extra steps to insure this could not happen in the future. I have dealt with other members of their team in the past for roof replacements for myself and I also have multiple times referred them to my customers and have reported back the same excellent level of service.
